All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee, which may be redeemed solely by contacting our support team at support@mysellerdesk.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Upon a valid request, your most recent payment will be refunded and your subscription cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and no further charges will be made.

Chargeback Policy: By signing up for or purchasing any DropShipNPaste plan, you expressly agree that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor — instead of first contacting us at support@mysellerdesk.com to request a refund under our money-back guarantee — shall be deemed a material breach of these Terms and an act of payment fraud. Any such chargeback immediately and permanently forfeits your eligibility for the money-back guarantee and any other refund, in whole or in part, whether or not the 30-day window has elapsed. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback, suspend or terminate any associated accounts and licenses without further notice, and recover all resulting fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees from you. No refund shall be issued or considered valid where a chargeback has been initiated.
